1 - How do I get started?

Pick your design from our collection and add the item to your cart. Fill up the details and place the order with payment, and you’re done!

2 - How fast can my flowers get there?

We offer same-day delivery and pre-orders! Please contact us to confirm the available slots for same-day delivery/pickup before placing your order. Delivery/pickup of your order is available from 10am-8pm daily, talk to us if you require delivery/pickup afterwards for availability. Just pick the most convenient delivery time slots for your recipient!

Same-day Delivery/Pickup Time Slots 
Orders need to be completed with payment by 9am.
Afternoon:   1pm-5pm

Next-day Delivery/Pickup Time Slots
Orders need to be completed with payment by 6pm.
Morning:     10am-1pm
Afternoon:   1pm-5pm

Deliver is based on distance. Contact us if you are unsure about your delivery area.

5 - How is my order delivered?

Our awesome courier team delivers your order with car, van or if you're nearby our office, our friendly team may even walk over to say hi!

6 - How do I get a copy of my receipt?

You’ll receive a confirmation email for your purchase, we will issue an invoice upon your request.

7 - What types of payment can I use?

Bank Transfer & Credit/Debit Card vial Paypal. 

8 - How can I keep the flowers fresh and longer lasting?

Remove all the wrapping and cotton from the bouquet. Fill up your favourite vase with some fresh, cool water. Trim the stems. Remove excess leaves so that all your beautiful petals get the water. Leaves in water will decompose quickly and shorten the lifespan of your flowers. Keep them away from direct heat! They prefer staying cool (calm and collected).

9 - How do I take care of flowers in vases?

Treat your flowers to some fresh water everyday. Trim the stem every day or two.

10 - Cancelation / date or time changes

Kindly to inform us TWO Day in advances. Last min are not changes/ cancellation alowed
